is there an app for that?

Technology astounds (and frightens) me. It seems like there is a gadget (or an app) for everything. What I would really like to find, what would make me so very happy, is a way to post the blogs I write in my mind right on to the page here. You know, bypass the whole typing them out thing? That would be a seriously amazing ability. Because, people, I am here to tell you...the blogs I write in my mind...they would make you laugh, they would make you cry. Maybe both at once, even. It is a damn shame that this technology is not yet available and instead we have to rely on my ability to discipline myself to make this writing thing happen.

Regarding my creativity quest. I did dabble in the creativity - not as much as hoped but more than usual - mostly involving taking more pictures. It took me FOREVER to write my Christmas letter...writer's block came out in full force. But, now that is done.

One thing is clear...something has got to change. We are zooming towards the halfway point on the Jesus year and way too little has changed in the life of moi. I have got to get it together, people! In a few weeks I'll be going on retreat. Praying this will be a springboard for the spirit and will direct me towards some divine discipline.

So, expect big things. I'm nearly halfway done with the Jesus year and yet I feel as though I've just begun. It's just time to get this party started, and that's the truth.
