Missing Appliances House

Progress! This morning I got a call from my realtor letting me know that the bank had countered my offer. It was a good counter that I was strongly advised to take, so I did! I went in this afternoon and signed off on the new offer and dropped off a check (and so it begins...ouch!). Right now we are just waiting for the bank to sign off and then we'll have a ratified contract. I think I'll finally feel like I can get excited once that happens...and then that I can get REALLY excited once we close. I'd like to go back and take pictures but in the meantime, this is the one from the listing.

I'll post again once there is any more news. I still can't believe this is happening. I want this to go through so badly...I have high hopes for this one! So, we shall see...
