The bank was supposed to send over an addendum (standard stuff in these types of sales) yesterday but they didn't do that until today. We promptly signed and faxed it back and the listing agent was sending on to the bank for signatures. So the hope is that we'll be set tomorrow. I can't tell you how much I am looking forward to the property showing up as "under contract" when I pull up the listing! I am allowing myself to get excited about this because all indications are that it is going to happen. I remain nervous, of course. Hopefully by this time tomorrow, we'll be all ratified. That would be a lovely early Christmas gift to me!!
